We are pleased to announce that Senior Attorney Hailey Hye-in Jin has been appointed as Legal Advisor to Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province for a two-year term, effective May 15, 2025.

Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province possesses a higher degree of autonomy compared to other provinces in Korea, enabling the implementation of regulatory exemptions tailored to the region’s distinct characteristics. This special institutional framework supports the Jeonbuk Province’s innovative growth and contributes to the broader objective of balanced national development.The Jeonbuk Province has recently drawn attention through several initiatives of international significance, including its bid to host the Summer Olympics, the transformation of the Saemangeum region, the relocation of the National Pension Service’s headquarters, and the development of its financial services sector.

As Legal Advisor, Hailey will provide comprehensive legal support to facilitate regional innovation and policy advancement. Through this role, she seeks to make a substantive contribution to the sustainable development of the Jeonbuk Province and to the overarching goal of achieving balanced growth across the nation.
