Dentons Lee has recruited Senior Attorney (Admitted to the SRA, England and Wales) Jane Young Sohn to further enhance its competitiveness in the life sciences, healthcare, corporate, and financial sectors. Ms. Sohn has over 10 years of global experience in multiple fields, including cross-border transactions, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance, with particular emphasis on transactions within the life sciences sector, such as licensing, partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Her expertise with life sciences transactions spans the entire product lifecycle. She has provided legal counsel to multinational corporations and private equity firms across Asia, the United States, the Middle East, and Europe, while working at other prestigious global law firms in London and Dubai, as well as at a leading Korean law firm.

With this addition, Ms. Sohn joins the Dentons Lee Life Sciences and Healthcare team led by Senior Foreign Attorney Bernard K. Ham. She is also expected to play a significant role in Dentons Lee’s corporate and financial teams, owing to her significant experience working on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments. Likewise, she will contribute to the firm’s international dispute resolution practice, given her experience working across a wide range of industries, including technology, construction, telecommunications, and renewable energy.
