Hee-Jun Choi, Chief Managing Attorney of Dentons Lee, has been appointed as a non-standing member of the Central Administrative Appeals Commission under the Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission.

Starting from March 7, 2025, for a two-year term, Mr. Choi will serve as a member of the commission, reviewing and deliberating on administrative appeal cases. Through this role, he will evaluate the fairness of administrative decisions, correct any improper actions, and contribute to protecting the rights and interests of the public.

Administrative appeals provide a prompt and free-of-charge remedy for citizens against unlawful or unjust administrative actions. The Central Administrative Appeals Commission handles approximately 30,000 cases annually.
