Senior Foreign Attorney Ki-Jeung Park (Solicitor admitted in England & Wales), who will lead the International Construction and Dispute Resolution Group of Dentons Lee, is a prominent expert in the field of international construction. Mr. Park has advised on contracts and resolved disputes relating to EPC, power plant and plant projects across various jurisdictions, including the Middle East, Asia, Europe, Africa and South Korea. After working at Corbett & Co. International Construction Lawyers in London focusing on international arbitration cases, he joined Yulchon LLC where he represented domestic and international contractors and project owners in numerous international construction disputes. At a major Korean construction company, he served for approximately 19 years in overseas legal affairs and as regional director for Southeast Asia, gaining extensive practical experience in contract negotiations, claims, and risk management.

He is the author of Understanding International Construction Contracts Law, widely regarded as an essential reference for international construction practitioners, and actively engages in domestic and international construction law networks as Chair of the Society of Construction Law (SCL) Korea.

Senior Attorney Kyoung-Ho Kim, who earned his LL.B. from Yonsei University and is admitted to the bar in both South Korea and England & Wales (solicitor and barrister), is an expert in international disputes and overseas projects. Mr. Kim began his career in the Corporate & Arbitration Team at Yulchon LLC, and subsequently gained practical experience as an inhouse counsel at the overseas legal affairs team of POSCO and at the UAE nuclear power project of KEPCO. He also advised companies expanding into Southeast Asia while at the Ho Chi Minh City office of Yoon & Yang LLC, and most recently served as Legal Director at Onejoon Co., Ltd., a leading secondary battery materials equipment provider, where he handled overseas project contracts and risk management for projects in the United States, Canada, and beyond.

With the joining of Senior Foreign Attorney Ki-Jeung Park and Senior Attorney Kyoung-Ho Kim as above, Dentons Lee has established a full-cycle integrated platform for providing legal services on international construction projects—from contract execution and on-site operations to claims management and dispute resolution—strengthening its ability to respond strategically to the growing market demand for global projects and complex disputes.
