Dentons Lee Senior Foreign Attorneys Kurt Gerstner and John Jungkyum Kim participated as panelists in the Seoul ADR Festival 2024, which was held from October 28 to November 1 in Seoul.

On November 1, they took part in the panel discussion, “Expert Evidence Can Make or Break Your Case – Proven Strategies to Win!” The session focused on providing strategies and tips to make more effective use of experts and better challenges to opponents’ experts in international arbitration and litigation. The program was targeted to providing useful information to arbitration practitioners, in-house counsel and arbitrators.

Co-host Dentons Rodyk was represented by Lawrence Teh, Global Co-Head of Dentons’ International Arbitration Group, while other panelists included Michele Park Sonen, Director & Head, North East Asia of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), and Braden Billiet, Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting.

Additionally, on October 31, John Kim participated in the GAR Live: Seoul session as a speaker, discussing the topic “Sanctions in international arbitration: a Korean perspective”.
