Dentons Lee's Labor & Employment Practice Group held a second training seminar for 80 officials from university hospitals. The program was held on Monday, December 18, jointly with the Hospital Human Resources and Labor Managers Council and the Council for Heads of Labor-Management Cooperation Teams at Private University Hospitals.

The seminar covered a wide range of topics including: "Workplace Harassment Reporting Trends and Its Handling Procedures" (by Attorney Si-Won Lee); "Unfair Labor Practices" (by Attorney Yo-Sub Shim); "Dispute Resolution Procedures Before the Labor Commission and the Employment and Labor Administration and How to Respond to such Disputes" (by Attorney Yong-Moon Kim). Those attending the program also had the opportunity to pose questions to the speakers on challenging HR and labor issues.
