Dentons Lee Senior Attorney Kurt Gerstner will be speaking at a program discussing special issues that must be considered by attorneys when representing foreign clients in cross-border litigation.

He will focus on difficulties foreign clients may have understanding and complying with US discovery obligations, and he will provide strategies for addressing those difficulties to help foreign clients avoid weakening their cases through missteps in discovery.

The presentation will be given at the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) 2023 Annual Meeting, which will take place in Hawaii from July 9th to 14th.
