We are delighted to announce the appointment of Attorney Yong-Moon Kim as an Advisory Committee member of the National Labor Relations Commission (the "NLRC"), effective May 19, 2023. Furthermore, we are pleased to share that Attorney Yo-Sub Shim has been appointed as a Public Interest Commissioner of the Seoul Regional Labor Relations Commission (the "Seoul RLRC"), effective May 31, 2023.

These appointments strengthen the commitment of the Dentons Lee Labor Team to actively contribute to the equitable mediation and resolution of disputes concerning labor relations. This includes the NLRC, with Attorney Doo-Hyeong Lee serving as a Public Interest Commissioner, the Seoul RLRC, and the Gyeonggi National Labor Relations Commission, with Attorney Yong-Moon Kim serving as a Public Interest Commissioner.
