Dentons Lee launched its ‘Blockchain and Virtual Assets Team’ to provide industry-leading legal services to its clients based on the team’s comprehensive and ample understanding and robust competency.

The team is led by Young-Han Lee, who previously worked at Dentons US, LLP, and is currently admitted to practice in Korea and the District of Columbia. Young-Han is actively involved in the blockchain and virtual assets industry, having extensive international and domestic advisory experience in related issues. Young Han’s portfolio includes international exchange listing, IEO, and IDO, and a successful ICO in Singapore through cooperation and collaboration with Dentons Zurich and Singapore.

The blockchain and virtual assets team is comprised of Sung-Eun Stephan Kim, a foreign lawyer with copious experience dealing with tax issues related to cryptocurrencies, Kurt B. Gerstner, a foreign lawyer with experience advising inbound clients with matters related to cryptocurrencies, Won-Chun Lee, Suk-Joon Yoon, and Ho-Jeong Jeong.

In addition to the experienced attorneys, the blockchain and virtual assets team will enhance its level of problem-solving competencies by onboarding advisors with extensive field experience and skills, including Sin-Myeong Kang, Hong-Sik Choi, Soo-Won Lee, Woo-Sung Bae, and Jae-Woo Shim.
